Real Stories from the Jungle: Voices Bihar Can Never Forget

These are not movie plots. These are real families who paid with blood, tears, and broken dreams. Every name, every scream, is a reminder of why Lalu’s family and Congress must never return. We’ve added one more tale of unimaginable cruelty – a story that shows even the mighty IAS officers were powerless against Lalu’s goons.

1. Chhotu – The Boy Who Lost His Ear (Patna, 1999)

  • FIR Filed: Yes. Accused promoted to party post next week.
  • Family: Threatened to leave Bihar. Sushma attempted suicide twice.
  • Justice? Case closed in 2004 – “lack of evidence.”

3. Engineer Rajesh Kumar – Shot for Paying “Safety Tax” (Muzaffarpur, 2003)

  • Dream: Contest panchayat election to build roads.
  • Paid: ₹5 lakh to RJD MLA’s brother for “protection.”
  • Still: Shot 7 times in broad daylight.
  • Witnesses: 200 people. No one testified – all scared.
  • Wife: Now begs on trains with 2 kids.

4. Dr. Sanjay Prasad – Kidnapped 3 Times (Darbhanga, 1998–2002)

  • First Time: Paid ₹8 lakh. Released.
  • Second Time: Paid ₹12 lakh. Clinic closed.
  • Third Time: Paid ₹15 lakh. Moved to Delhi forever.

  • Accused: Became MLA in 2000.

6. The Wedding Party Massacre (Jehanabad, 2001)

  • Event: Barat (wedding procession) of 60 people.
  • Attack: RJD-backed gang stopped buses, looted gold, raped 3 women.
  • Killed: Groom and 7 others.

  • Every week: 1 bus hijacked. Passengers robbed, women raped.
  • Drivers: Paid monthly hafta to RJD office.

  • Truth: Ordered by Lalu’s close aide (later made Minister).

11. Champa Biswas – The IAS Wife Broken for Two Years (Patna, 1995–1997)

  • Age: 30 years
  • Story: Wife of IAS officer B.B. Biswas (Director of Social Security in Bihar’s Labor Department), Champa was targeted because her husband refused to bend to RJD pressure. For two full years, she endured repeated rapes – not just her, but her mother, sister-in-law, niece, and even the family maids – at the hands of Mrityunjay Yadav (aka Bablu), son of RJD MLA Hemlata Yadav and a close aide of Lalu Prasad Yadav. The assaults happened in their Patna home, turning it into a prison of terror.
  • The Helplessness: B.B. Biswas, a powerful IAS officer, begged police and superiors for help – but RJD’s grip was iron. Transfers, threats, and zero action followed. He couldn’t protect his own family. Even after Lalu resigned in the fodder scam, the horror continued under Rabri Devi’s “rule.”
  • The Breaking Point: Champa underwent an abortion after one pregnancy, then sterilized herself to end the nightmare of forced pregnancies. The family fled to Delhi in despair.
  • Justice? A lower court convicted Mrityunjay in 2001, but the Patna High Court acquitted him in 2003 – “lack of evidence,” they said. No real punishment. Lalu’s shadow loomed large. Champa broke forever; her husband died of kidney failure in Ranchi, haunted by guilt.
  • Quote: “Even an IAS couldn’t save us. What chance did the poor have?” – Champa’s silent cry, echoed in every Bihari heart.

Every criminal had one thing in common: Protection from 1, Anne Marg (Lalu’s home). Stories like Champa’s prove Jungle Raj wasn’t chaos – it was calculated terror by Lalu’s family machine.

Congress & INDI Alliance: They Clapped While Bihar Bled

  • 1998: Rabri Devi’s government had 11 Ministers with murder charges. Congress supported from outside.
  • 2004: Lalu became Railway Minister. Congress gave him a red-carpet welcome.
  • 2025: INDI alliance begs Tejashwi for seats – same blood, new mask.

Congress didn’t stop Jungle Raj. They funded it with alliances. Even in Champa’s case, national leaders like Advani pushed for probes, but Congress shielded their RJD pals for votes.

Conclusion: Let These 11 Stories Be Your Voting Guide

Every tear, every bullet, every broken bone screams one truth:

Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, Tejashwi, Tej Pratap, Misa, Rohini – this family is a curse on Bihar.

They didn’t just rule.
They hunted. From baby Anjali’s cries to Champa Biswas’s sterilization – pure evil under their watch.

Congress and INDI alliance?
They held the gun and counted the votes. Preaching justice in Delhi while Bihar burned.

Bihar, remember these 11 names. Remember these 11 graves.

Never let the jungle return.

Vote for light. Vote for life. Vote for Bihar.
Burn the RJD lantern. Bury Jungle Raj forever.

Jai Bihar. Jai Bharat.
